Greetings from Las Vegas! It’s time for a change – actually several of them! Whether you are 50 or 80, we hope you like what is coming.

The dates are the same, Sunday to Sunday, November 21 – 28. Good news is that the 3 separate events are once again hosted by Sam’s Town and presented by Roto Grip.

Here are some of the changes you can look forward to during High Roller’s Senior Classic week:

“Age 60 & Over Classic”:  same dates, Sunday to Wednesday still feature a Sweeper and Tune-Up event. Slightly higher entry fees will create larger prizes and the ratio to advance to the match play Finals will be 1 in 6 instead of 1 in 8.

More players get to match play where the bottom prize is now guaranteed a minimum $500 instead of $400 with $10,000 up top.  Qualifying and matches are in 2 age divisions: 60 to 66 or age 67 & over.

The 60 & Over Classic will be followed by the new “Senior A Game”, a 5-game qualifier with a single elimination match play finals that runs from Wednesday to Friday with Sweepers and a separate VIP event. There will be 2 squads to choose from plus a re-entry squad.

Qualifying and matches are in 3 age divisions: 50 – 59, 60 to 66 or age 67 & over. $15,000 is the guaranteed top prize and 1 in 6 receive a minimum of $600.

Rounding out Senior Classic Week is the new “Norm’s Match Games”! On Saturday & Sunday, the event will feature “Best of 3” match play in 3 age divisions.  No qualifying, strictly match play from the get-go including a re-entry squad.  $10,000 1st heads up the 1 in 4 prize list with a minimum $500 bottom prize.
